Comparative Genomics Exercise

As a result of attending an NSF-funded workshop (GenomeSolver), I developed this exercise to introduce students (here, in the microbiology course I teach routinely at ASU) to comparative microbial genetics, using data available resulting from the Human Microbiome Project.
